The Duro-Last Roof System exceeds all the current requirements of the Title 24 cool roof program. Effective October 1, 2005 if you are roofing your building in the State of California you most likely will be installing a “Cool Roof”. Duro-Last manufactures a “Cool Zone” membrane which exceeds all requirements mandated by the State of California. The energy savings are verifiable and reduce the overall cost of ownership of a flat roof. Built up and modified roofs require a 20 mil coating after they are installed to meet State requirements.
